Reading Island Junior 3

Reading Island Junior is a three-level reading comprehension series for young learners of English. The series features reading passages in a variety of formats on high interest topics linked to common academic standards. As students work their way through the series, they will continually reinforce high- frequency words while focusing on learning a limited number of new vocabulary items in each unit. This allows students to comfortably develop reading fluency as they broaden their understanding of various English word forms, structures and sentence patterns. Throughout the series, learners gain familiarity with reading skills reinforced through listening and speaking tasks which help students master the target vocabulary and sentence patterns through contextualized, engaging tasks. The interactive book and engaging videos enrich students’ learning experience and add more fun to learning.
